Dorna Sports Satisfied, MotoGP Indonesia Will Be Coming Back in 2023


The Main Director of the Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA) Priandhi Satria Priandhi said the 2022 Indonesian Grand Prix at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok, NTB went smoothly.

He said next year the Indonesian Grand Prix would be held again considering that there was a contract for the next 10 years.

For this year’s Indonesian GP, ​​Priandhi said there were no complaints from Dorna Sports and the FIM for the three days of Moto-3, Moto-2 and MotoGP.

To note, Miguel Oliveira managed to become the Indonesian MotoGP champion in 2022. Oliveira’s record time when crossing the finish line was 33 minutes 27.223 seconds.

He was followed by Quartararo who took the second podium. Then, Pramac Ducati racer Johann Zarco who finished in third position.
