Jokowi Hands Indonesian Wisdom Natural Spices to MotoGP Racers


PRESIDENT Joko Widodo (Jokowi) was present to witness the 2022 Mandalika MotoGP in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) on Sunday (20/3). On that occasion, Jokowi handed over souvenirs to the racers. These souvenirs are in the form of spices produced by Indonesian entrepreneurs, one of which is brewed spices or wedang spices from Nature Wisdom Nature Wisdom.

“Mr. President has symbolically handed over merchandise from the Indonesia Spice Up The World program for the main MotoGP racers,” said owner of Taraporter Indonesia, producer of Alam Bijak Nature Wisdom, Rosita YS Wibawa, in a statement, Sunday (20/3).

Indonesia Spice Up The World itself is a cross-ministerial/institutional joint program. This program is implemented to support increasing the contribution and added value of the culinary sub-sector to the national economy.

“This program has a target of increasing the number of spices/spices exports by USD 2 billion and 4,000 Indonesian restaurants overseas by 2024,” he said.

PT Taraporter Indonesia itself, was selected in batch I of the ISUTW program along with 79 other companies.

Rosita hopes that by giving these souvenirs, it is hoped that spices and seasonings from Indonesia will be increasingly known and loved by the global community. So that in the end it can help the national economy.

“Thank you for the efforts of the GAPMMI team in coordinating this merchandise. Hopefully the benefits of these spices will be recognized by MotoGP racers and the global world better,” said Rosita, the initiator of the Spice Drink who was included in the list of 30 Women Leaders & Entrepreneurs Pertamina Foundation This year 2020.
