Behind the euphoria ahead of the MotoGP at Mandalika which will take place on March 18-20 2022, there is an interesting story from the owner of six MotoGP titles, Marc Marquez and his compatriot Pol Espargaro when they came to Indonesia.
Quoted from an online interview with MotoGP presenter Angie Ang, both claimed to like Indonesian cuisine, one of which is fried rice.
« I like (fried rice) because I have often been to Indonesia. But I don’t like spicy, » said Marc Marquez in a press statement quoted on Monday (14/3).
« I almost forgot the name of this dish. But I really like (because there are) rice and eggs. Marc also likes it, » said Pol Espargaro, a Repsol Honda team racer.

« Okay. No problem. I’ll be happy. I can cook it however you want, » replied Angie Ang.
Currently, Angie Ang herself is busy preparing for her departure to the circuit in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
Angie Ang said she was very happy with her capacity as a presenter who had the opportunity to interact with MotoGP racers.
