Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez, decided not to take part in the Indonesian MotoGP competition at the Mandalika Circuit, NTB, on Sunday (20/3).
Repsol Honda manager Alberto Puig revealed that his unfit body condition forced Marquez to miss the opportunity to appear at Mandalika.

Previously, the Spaniard had an accident, while participating in a warming up session a few hours before the race started. He was even rushed to a hospital in the Mataram area.
Not long after, Marquez returned to the circuit. However, it looks like there is a bandage on his right hand. “As we know, this weekend Marquez has fallen 3 times and the last one was quite severe. It’s not a good idea to take part in the race. So, we will miss the Indonesian GP,” explained Puig.

Therefore, Marquez will soon return to Barcelona, Spain. The driver will undergo a special examination. “Hopefully there will be good news within the next 24 hours,” he added.
Puig confirmed that Marquez did not have a broken bone. However, the last accident experienced by the six-time MotoGP champion did not make it comfortable to ride the RC213V. (OL-11)
